Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue Inc. is currently staffed exclusively by volunteers. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and we are always looking for additional people who will allow us the opportunity to continue to grow the mission of our organization.

While we welcome all volunteers, we must request that volunteers younger than eighteen have parental sign off on their volunteer application.
Volunteers younger than sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
You will be required to maintain a respectful and professional attitude when dealing with the public and other volunteers. Remember, your actions represent everyone at Logan's Heroes.
If you are unable to fulfill a volunteer opportunity you have accepted, you must notify the volunteer coordinator or event coordinator so that a replacement may be found.
Volunteer Coordinator – Enthusiastic person that enjoys working with people to coordinate the efforts of our volunteers. Ensures that events are staffed appropriately and works to recruit new volunteers. Responsible for volunteer training.
Event Coordinator - Inventive, energetic person to create opportunities for fund-raising and adoption events. Also responsible for assessing viability of suggested events from volunteers. Responsible for keeping event budget appropriately distributed per Board of Directors' guidelines.
Event Leads – Detail oriented people interested in hosting an event. Event leads will take responsibility for approved events and will insure that event is properly staffed, financed, advertised and any other details needed to make sure the event is successful.
Event Staff – Outgoing, friendly people needed to attend scheduled events and help promote Logan's Heroes. Dog handling will be required at adoption events.
Transport – Energetic, licensed drivers to transport table, chairs, pop-ups, information and dogs as needed to various events. May also be asked to pick-up donations that are made to Logan's Heroes.
Board Member – Seeking individuals with professional skills (business, legal, accounting, public relations, marketing, animal care, etc.) to join a working Board to set strategic goals for Logan's Heroes and insure the organization continues to work toward those goals.
Adoption and Foster Application Approvals – Computer literate, friendly people needed to approve applications. Volunteers in these positions will be speaking with rental offices, veterinary offices and personal references. Must be sensitive in regard to confidential information included on applications.
Grant Writers – Detail and deadline oriented individuals needed to research and apply for grants. Good writing and data interpretation skills required.
Public Relations – Dynamic, skilled individual interested in conceptualizing marketing ideas to promote Logan's Heroes. Should be able to write and distribute press releases. Should be comfortable speaking with media.
Sponsor Liaison – Enthusiastic, outgoing individual to interface with existing sponsors and cultivate new sponsors. Will maintain contact information on sponsors and recommend sponsors for events.
Videographer – Seeking videographer with the ability to create videos for webpage, social networks and grant applications. Should be able to attend events to create videos.
Photographer – Photographers skilled in taking animal pictures are sought to photograph our pets in their best light to increase their likelihood of adoption. Will also do photographs at events.
